Student Research Competition (SRC) and Posters

We solicit researchers and students to present their ongoing work as poster presentations. Poster session will be held during the FLOPS 2026 meeting.

Full-time students who will give poster presentations at FLOPS 2026 can participate in the Student Research Competition (SRC). The SRC prize(s) will be given to the student(s) based on the evaluation by the judges.

Submission

Submissions for SRC and posters must fall within the scope of FLOPS, and must describe original scientific contributions. Submissions that do not satisfy these requirements will be rejected. If you have questions, please contact the organizers.

  • (SRC submission) To participate in SRC, submit (1) an extended abstract (max. 3 pages, excluding bibliography) by the submission deadline, and (2) a poster (PDF file) by the poster deadline.

  • (non-SRC submission) To present a poster but not to participate in SRC, submit (1) a short description about the poster by the submission deadline, and (2) a poster (PDF file) by the poster deadline.

One author of each poster must attend FLOPS 2026 and give a poster presentation. For SRC, the presenter must be the lead author of the poster.
